1. How long does it take to process my order?

In-stock items: Processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Handmade items: Because each piece is crafted with care, production may take 5–15 business days, depending on order volume.

2. How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You’ll receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

3. What shipping options are available?

Standard Delivery: Affordable and reliable nationwide.

Express Delivery: Available at an extra fee for urgent orders.

4. How long does delivery take?

Within Nigeria: Usually 3–7 business days.

International Orders: Typically 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs.

2. What is your return policy?

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that custom orders and sale items are final sale.

Send us an email at hello@creyalle.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.

1. How do I know what size to order?

Our accessories are generally one-size-fits-all. For knitted items, we provide size guides (in inches) on each product page.

2. Do handmade items vary slightly in size?

Yes—since our products are crafted by hand, there may be minor variations (1–2 cm), which adds to their uniqueness and authenticity.

3. Do you offer men’s and children’s products?

Currently, Creyalle focuses on women’s fashion and children’s accessories, with plans to expand into men’s collections in the near future.

4. What materials are used in Creyalle’s accessories?

Our items are made from a harmonious blend of handmade crochet, machine-knitted yarns, and vibrant Ankara fabrics, crafted with care to bring together elegance, cultural pride, and quality.

  • Avoid soaking or machine washing.
  • Spot-clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap.
  • Keep away from excessive sunlight to preserve color vibrancy.
3. What’s the easiest way to care for Creyalle knitwear?
  1. Wash Gently: Hand wash or use a cold, delicate cycle with mild detergent.
  2. Dry Flat : gently adjust and lay flat on a clean towel; never wring or hang.
  3. Store Folded: Keep in a cool, dry place; avoid hanging to prevent stretching.
4. How long will my Creyalle piece last?

With proper care, our accessories are durable and timeless, designed to remain elegant for years.

5. How often should I wash my crochet or Ankara accessories?

Only wash when needed. Crochet pieces can be refreshed by airing out; Ankara has vibrant colors that can fade with frequent washing, so gentle spot cleaning is often enough.
