All orders placed on Creyalle.com are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices, products, or offers without prior notice. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using our approved payment gateways. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Nigeria and to select international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Creyalle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Send us an email at hello@creyalle.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that custom orders and sale items are final sale.

All Creyalle items cannot be exchanged.
